Onsite Support
CEM has an extensive network of certified on-site support staff located in strategic areas throughout the U.S. for expedient dispatch. All CEM technicians are factory trained in electronic and mechanical diagnostics for repairing instruments to the original manufacturer's specifications as well as installing upgrades, completing IQ/OQ/PQ installations and administering customer training. CEM maintains a continuous classroom and field training program to ensure that support staff are kept abreast of the latest product upgrades as well as complete information on new products. Each technician must meet yearly certification requirements which conform to ISO guidelines.
On-site technicians maintain a large inventory of spare parts, precision tools and special gauges to ensure that maintenance and most repair service can be performed, without delay, at your site.

In order to meet the needs of all customers, CEM Service offers two types of on-site service and several pricing structures for customers whose instrument is not covered by warranty or a CustomerCare Plus Service Contract.
